Our real estate history is a proud one with deep roots. It all began in 1946 when Harold Pauley, Adam’s grandfather, started a small real estate company in Stillwater known as the H.M. Pauley Agency. In 1971, Harold’s son-in-law, Clark Nyberg, joined him and they were able to grow their company into one of the largest real estate agencies in the East Metro. Keeping the tradition alive, Clark’s dad, Rudy Nyberg joined the team in the early 1980s and in 1994, Clark’s son, Adam, followed suit and joined the family. In 2006 Coldwell Banker bought the family business.
